MIXING
Professional mixing to bring out the best in your tracks. Whether recorded at Somerton Castle Studios or elsewhere, we’ll work with you to achieve the sound you're after.
£150 per song
PRACTICE SPACE HIRE
Perfect for writing retreats, creative sessions or rehearsals. A peaceful, inspiring space to write, develop new material, or take time out to focus—whether you're working solo or with a band.
Includes tech support with set up and playback, use of our practice spaces, kitchen, and shared facilities. Instruments and gear available on request.
Day rate: £120
SOMERTON SESSIONS
Somerton Sessions is a new YouTube series from Somerton Castle Studio, showcasing live-filmed performances that capture both the music and the stories behind it.
What’s included:
– Filmed live session featuring 3 songs
– Behind-the-scenes footage and interviews
– Creative input on lighting, set dressing, and filming style
– 3 mixed audio tracks + 3 performance videos
– Additional Shorts and any stills captured on the day
– Featured on the Somerton Sessions YouTube channel with coordinated promotion
Rights:
Artists retain full rights to all audio and video content.
Pricing:
We cover studio hire and mixing at no cost. Artists only split the filming & editing fee with us (£950 total), paying £475.
MUSIC VIDEO FILMING
Use the studio and grounds as a location for your music video shoot. If you’re looking for a video team, we can recommend trusted collaborators.
Full Day Location Hire (with your own video team): £150
ACCOMODATION
Accommodation is available on-site, making it easy to fully immerse yourself in your project—whether you’re recording, filming or writing.
Includes:
3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6)
1 bathroom
Fully equipped kitchen
Private lounge
Wi-Fi & essentials provided
Rate: £100 per night (when booked with any studio or space hire)
